Delete your account
You can ask for your On It account and all data tied to it to be deleted. This removes your profile, your tasks, the proof you added, your device tokens and delivery receipts. Tasks you delegated to others are removed from their lists too.

Send the form below from the email or mobile number on your account, or email privacy@nuvena.co with the subject "Delete my On It account".
What happens next
We confirm the request by a code sent to your number or email, then delete everything within 7 days and confirm by email. Backups are purged within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example, billing) are kept only for as long as the law requires.
Keep the account, delete some data
Tasks can be deleted in the app at any time (Trash, then empty). To remove only your email or name, write to the same address.
