Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the On It app and service ("On It"), provided by Nuvena Systems Private Limited ("Nuvena", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
On It records what you say, turns it into tasks using automated interpretation, and shares those tasks with the people you assign them to. Interpretation is automated and can be wrong; you are responsible for checking a task before relying on it.
Your account
You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep your phone secure; actions taken from your signed-in device are yours. You must be 18 or older.
Your content
You own what you say and the tasks it becomes. You give Nuvena permission to process it to run the service, including sending it to our processing providers named in the Privacy Policy. Do not use On It to record people who have not agreed to be recorded, or for anything unlawful.
Your team's content
Tasks you delegate are visible to the person they are assigned to. Tasks assigned to you are visible to whoever assigned them. Each organisation's data is separate from every other organisation's.
Availability
We aim for On It to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice.
Fees
On It is currently free. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and nothing you have already created will be locked away.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using On It at any time and ask us to delete your account at /delete-account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Nuvena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from a task being misinterpreted, delayed or not delivered. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of New Delhi.
