The follow-up you were doing by hand
- Before the deadline: a heads-up the day before and a reminder on the day.
- Halfway through longer work: “how is it going?”, so a problem shows up while there is still time.
- After the deadline: reminders that get gentler over two weeks, and a note to you if the person has gone quiet.
Blockers reach you the moment they happen
“Client jawab nahi de raha.” “Payment pending hai.” When someone says they are stuck, on WhatsApp or in the app, the task is flagged and you are told at once, with the reason. You decide the next step while it still matters, not after the deadline has passed.
Done means done: verified completion
When someone finishes, they add a line or a photo of what they did. You see it with the task and tap Accept, or Reopen with what is still missing, and they are told why. If you do nothing, it counts as accepted after a day, so checking never becomes another chore.
Nothing goes to the wrong person

Who is On It for?

Does my team have to change how they work?
No. They get tasks and reminders on WhatsApp and can reply in their own words. Nothing to install.
How do I know work was really done?
Each finished task comes with a line or a photo from the person who did it. You accept it or reopen it with what is missing.
Will it spam my team?
No. One reminder per step, nothing late at night, several reminders in the same minute are combined into one message, and reminders stop the moment the task is done.
Can my admins see everyone’s tasks?
No. Only the people on a task can see it, including in a shared workspace.
