How it works
- Say the task once. “Aman, Mehta ji ko quotation kal 5 baje tak bhej dena.” On It picks the person and the deadline from what you said.
- It arrives on WhatsApp. Aman gets the task with its details from On It’s verified business number. He does not need to install anything.
- Reminders go out on their own. A heads-up the day before, a reminder on the day, and more after the deadline, never late at night.
- Replies are understood. Aman can answer the way he talks: “done”, “ho gaya”, “kal 11 baje tak”, “client ka wait hai”. The task updates itself and you hear about it.
- You get proof. When it is finished he adds a line or a photo. You accept it, or reopen it with what is missing.
Why WhatsApp, and why not just a WhatsApp group
A group is where tasks go to be forgotten: one message scrolls past fifty others, nobody owns it, and the only reminder is you. On It gives every task one owner and one deadline, and chases each person privately, so nobody is called out in front of the team.

Does the other person need the On It app?
No. Tasks and reminders reach them on WhatsApp, and they can reply there. The app is for the person handing out work.
Is it the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. On It uses Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API from a verified business number, with signed webhooks. No third-party relay.
When are reminders sent?
A heads-up the day before, one on the day, then after the deadline on a spacing that gets gentler over two weeks. Nothing between 9 PM and 8:30 AM.
Can they reply in Hindi?
Yes. Replies in Hindi, English, Hinglish and other Indian languages are understood: “ho gaya”, “kal tak kar dunga”, “payment nahi aaya”.
What if they never reply?
The reminders continue for about two weeks, and you are told when someone has read reminders without answering, so you can step in.
