Most task apps want you to type in English. On It lets you say it the way you would say it to a person, “Priya ko bolo Friday tak invoice bhej de”, and turns it into a task with an owner and a deadline.
Speak naturally, get clear tasks
Press the mic and talk. You see your words appear as you speak, in your language. When you stop, On It works out every task in what you said, who each one is for, and when it is due, including phrases like “kal shaam tak”, “parso subah” or “next Monday”.

Languages
Hindi, English and Hinglish, mixed the way people really speak at work, and most Indian languages including Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujarati and Punjabi. You do not choose a language first; On It hears which one you are using.
It asks instead of guessing
If something could be read two ways, On It does not guess. It asks one short question and holds the task until you answer:
- Two people with the same name: “Which Rahul?”
- A time without morning or evening: “8 AM or 8 PM?”
- A weekday that could be this week or next: “This Friday or next?”
- Someone new: say their number in the same breath, “uska number hai 98xxx xxxxx”, and they are added and sent the task.

After a meeting, say everything at once. Each task goes to its own person with its own deadline, and your own to-dos stay on your list.

Do I have to speak in English?
No. Speak Hindi, Hinglish, English or another Indian language. The task itself is written as a short, clear line so everyone reads it the same way.
Does it understand “kal”, “parso” and “shaam tak”?
Yes. Relative days and times of day in Hindi and English become real dates and times, based on when you spoke.
What if it gets a name or time wrong?
When it is unsure it asks before sending anything. You can also open any task and fix the words or the deadline.
Is my voice recorded and stored?
The words are turned into text and the task keeps the transcript so you can check it. See the privacy page for exactly what is kept.
Can I dictate from WhatsApp too?
Yes. Send a voice note or a text to On It on WhatsApp and it becomes tasks the same way.
